This Wonderful happy Elf is about 24" tall, his ears. face, hands and feet are made of rubber. He is unmarked, and I have not been able to find another one so I cannot tell you who made him. He could use a cleaning, and his belt has broken ( please see picture) but otherwise is in good shape and ready to spread some cheer!  Please see the pictures as they show his condition better than I can describe.
