Vintage 1963 Multiple Products Inc. USS SCORPION Plastic Toy Battleship 21 "

This is a vintage plastic toy battleship from the early 1960's produced by Multiple Products, Inc. The ship is comprised of both hard plastic and some softer plastic--the hull and other gray portions of this item are a harder plastic than the white and red pieces.
This ship was mine as a child--played with, but is in very good condition overall and complete with all original components. The ship and pieces show some minor wear including a few scratches/scuffs and dirt/du...st--no cracks or holes. It measures approximately 21 inches from the tip of the bow to the stern--and approximately 5 inches across at its widest point.
Original components include the helicopter, helicopter launch pad, 4 attached life boats + 3 extra, two big rotating guns, flagpole/radio tower, the missile launcher and 3 missiles. The helicopter is missing one of the four rotor blades and will not launch/fly. The helicopter launch pad mechanism does wind up and can be released with the lever. The missile launcher is working and will fire the missiles from all 3 tubes.
The plastic wheels on the underside of the ship are in tact and working.
Only a portion of the original sticker remains on the port bow--the complete sticker originally read, "U.S.S. SCORPION" over "D765".
