Industrial Anglepoise Wall Mount or Work Bench Lamp Light.
Anglepoise articulating factory machinist work lamp light, circa 1980's.
This auction is for a cool industrial salvage vintage articulating factory work bench wall mount lamp. An English made piece designed by Thousand & One Lamps Limited & known as model name 'LUXO. This piece is in complete ori...ginal condition. Fully adjustable sprung loaded long stem on a wall mount base plate bracket. This piece retains its original top shade push switch, makers label & comes in it's original factory cream ivory white enamel colour. It has been cleaned but not over restored to ensure it retains it's original vintage patina & industrial look. It comes in perfect working order & is ready to use. This lamp comes direct from a recent studioclearance & is sold in excellent condition. Minor age related enamel scuffs & one or two light surface scratches. It takes a standard UK size bayonet bulb not included in sale. Overall delightful amount of vintage wear, in fully cleanedworking condition. This lamps style & design is of it's period & would date nicely to the mid 1980's.
This piece would be perfect as an over bed, work bench or designer occasional lamp . . .
