Up for sale is an incredible early antique illuminated koran manuscript on hand laid paper. The from of this page is an original painting depicting 2 individuals in a tent surrounded by different animals with text on the top and bottom of the painting. The reverse side as photographed is a page of text. This is all printed and hand painted on hand laid paper and in very good condition! The quality is great and a piece as this is a rare and collectible find.
This has ...been wonderfully framed as you can see in the photos and would make a great addition to ones collection being ready to hang and enjoy. The page measures approximately 8 x 12 inches and frame measures 12 x 14 inches. As you can see from the photos their is some slight wear to the page around the border.
