This is a vintage Patton High Velocity Air Circulator 3 speed fan with blue blades. In working condition. It measures approx. 17" in diameter and 19" tall. Fan can be moved on stand from straight up and down to horizontal. Some minor rusting/pitting from age. Just wiped with a Clorox wipe to remove surface dust. I did not take it apart to clean the blades, they would probably shine up beautifully. Heavy fan, over 12 pounds. The cord has a spot with minor nicks. It may not even need it,... but electrical tape would certainly do the trick. The wire is barely showing, but for safety sake electrical tape may be a good idea. Shown in the close up cord pic.
