Description: vintage Tinkle Toy, puppy-dog, soft and pliable vinyl squeeze toy with whistle. In original plastic wrapper with paper label. Plastic has splits in it, but toy has not been removed from packaging. Back of Package reads: Non toxic, easily cleaned with soap and water, soft and clean for baby, packaged for cleanliness, unconditionally guaranteed. The label has wear, discoloration/browning, staining, small tears around edges and staple, creases, curling. Toy is still pliable-not hardened, dried out, or cracking. When squeezed it does not squeak, it makes a weak whistle sound like air passing through the hole on the bottom, soft or weak squeak or whistling sound.
