For sale is a Vintage Hand Made Wayang Golek Indonesian Java Bali Wooden Stick Shadow Puppet with Original Handwritten Paper Note: Brahama(?) Made in Jara. This piece was acquired from a family estate and is All Original with the exception of a few strings. She is in fairly decent condition but the strings to her shoulders and hands were broken, of which I replaced. There is also a crack/break in her hair, which is not repaired, pointed out in the last picture. Her dress is a pat...terned dark with orange sash - all hand-sewn. Her colors are Gold, Red, Flesh tone, and Black. Her head and "body" stick come apart. Her head is roughly 5" from neck to top of hair x roughly 2 1/4" wide. Her dress is roughly 16" from the hem to her waist. She measures roughly 24" in total length. Please look closely at the pictures for details and condition.
