This lamp was in McDonald's restaurant offices all thru the 1970's and possibly 1980's. This particular one was shipped 09/30/1976 to a McDonald's in Omaha, NE. See picture #12 for address details.
Able to be used as a table lamp, as pictured, or as a wall lamp, mounting brackets included. The lamp shade can pivot and be held in varying positions by tightening two screws along the lamp stem.
Tiffany style shade is made of plastic and is lightweight.

Shade is 8.5" Wide x 7" Tall
Tested, working, light bulb not included.
There is one manufacturer flaw. Picture #4 shows a small dent in metal base side.
Brand new in original box, never used.
