Vintage Photograph 1940s Woman Ocean Beach Swimsuit Waves Americana
Item History & Price
ABOUT THE PHOTO
An original glossy photograph from the 1940s.
Features a lady in a two piece on the beach in Atlantic City. She seems to be describing something or asking for the beach ball. Her name is unknown. There is no writing on the back of the photo.
This shot has some interesting subject matter and showcases the fashions and hairstyles of the day.
As you can see, there are a few scra...tches and some blurring that are a natural result of old school film photography. The edges have some staining, but the image itself is not stained.
Though this is clearly an amateur shot, it's quite well composed and captures a very cool random moment.
Actual photo measurements are 3" x 4.5". The white border adds another half inch.
