ORIGINAL ADAMS BRAND OVERALLS ST. PAULS, N.C. L.L. McGoogan. Mr. McGoogan and his brother had a general store in the early 1900's. His brother left the business to start a funeral home service in 1922. So, i'm sure the sign dates after 1922. St. Pauls N.C. is a very small town of about 2300 people in the early 1900's and it was a textile sign. I think the frame was added well after when the sign was made. The sign is about 14" tall x 20" wide. The sign is in great condition with a few ...places which don't take away from the great way it displays. Thanks for looking!
