I don't know a great deal about Russian boxes- besides this box. I have two others, they are not included in this listing, but I will combined shipping while they last.
It is beautifully hand-painted with a boy holding Frog- bottom right has a signature.
There is paperwork with this, Since I don't read Russian.I don't know if it's a COA or a receipt of some type. See photos to make the judgment for yourself.
There Is a 12 inch ruler in some of th...e photographs so you can see the approximate size.
