TheStandardSwiss Army knife is similar to the Spartan, the most popular of thefull-sized knives from Victorinox. It differs from the Spartan inthat it has no toothpick, tweezers, or key ring. This SmallStandard is slightlysmaller and lighter, but has the same tool set. It is a B, not new, but nice enough. The clip point small blade dates it to before 1973.
Thereis no Victorinox cross but the front scale has an inlaid logo forCamille Bauer Metrawatt AG. They make industrial instr...umentation.
TheSmall Standardis mid-sized (3.25 “/84 mm) but it weighs only 2 oz. (59 grams) andis 0.5 “ (13 mm) thick. It is a two layer SAK containing large andsmall knife blades, a can opener with small screwdriver, a bottleopener with large screwdriver, awl, and corkscrew.
Iam primarily a collector, but searching for new and unusual modelsoften brings me duplicates and perfectly useful knives that I cannotkeep. I share these on eBay. I classify knives by conditionaccording to the scale below.
