Item is in like new condition. The two brushes with this item are for hard floors and not carpet. Although you can get them on this sight if you need them later. All the pads are new except the two felt buffing pads. One side is good on both the pads. Yet the other sides has been used. Please see all pictures I took with my iPhone. Very good pictures showing high ...detail of all items. Item has been cleaned and ready for use. Although you will have to attach the upper bar after unboxing. Very easy to do.
