Offered are a set of Silver Plated knives & forks by R.S.P.CO. MERIDEN...That is what is marked on the knives. The forks are marked R.S.P.CO. These were my Grandmother's & they are very old. I don't really know anything about them, but they are still lovely. I don't think they had much use. I did not clean them, this is the way I found them.....still clean & shiny. There may be a couple small nicks here & there but very nice. The knives are slightly over 9" long, ...the forks are 7 1/2" long. They are quite heavy but very comfortable in your hand. I would say that these are probably Victorian but I'm not positive. She was married in the Victorian era & passed away in 1972.
