This auction is for an ORIGINAL USGI M3 Infrared Sniper Scope for the M1 Carbine as used in late WWII and the Korean war.  There is no battery, so I have no.way to test this scope.  Therefore, I am selling it as is, for display only. None of the lenses are cracked or crazed, and it includes the hard to find M1 carbine rifle mount, which is usually missing. Since this is a firearm part, it is for sake ONLY in the USA. There is NO RESERVE on this auction, so someone WILL be tak...ing it home!!! This item is guaranteed to be Original US military production.  Feel free to look at my feedback ratings, I have been selling on eBay for 19 years with this same user name, and I abide by all of eBay's rules and regulations. The ONLY form of payment that I accept, due to eBay's rules, are PayPal payments. Inc" ONLY manufactured 24 of the M3 Sniperscopes for testing.  As you can see from the data plate, this is serial #5!!!!!  I wonder how many of the 24 still exist today?
