This is from my grandfather's estate collection. This is a beautiful lightolier Jersey City New Jersey Michael lacks eyeball desk lamp. Light switch works and has 2 brightnesses. I don't no 100% but it does look like the top has a veneer of genuine teak wood it does not feel fake to me and could use some oil. I have not cleaned this item because I don't know what to clean it with so I'll leave that up to you.Top eyeball is in a matte black. Top of cube is teak wood? Sides are a chrome ...that does have scratches but are hard to pick up on the pictures. Telescoping top works great and does not have any dings or bends.
One tiny little ding on the underside of the eyeball as seen in picture, very hard to notice.Bottom marked:
