Vintage and rare 34” crickets bat from South Street Chichester England sporting goods store from the best information I can find. The bat bid in great vintage condition with beautiful patina on the wood. The markings show RH Chichester, Russell Hillsdon, 2 stars and REB???NDE. I cannot make out the one word. From what I have been able to research, the bat may be from the Russell Hillsdon sporting goods store on South Street in Chichester perhaps pre 1930. The bat is 4 3/8” wide.
