Measures 16" in diameter at bottom rim. 2 1/4" top opening. 3 1/2" tom top opening to rim around the neck. 6 1/2" from that rim to lower rim. The main flaw that I see is a very tiny nick on the top rim that is about 1/4-1/2" long. The outside of the rim does not seem to be involved. The lower rim of this shade is decorative (please look at photos) and there are 2 very small nicks that are 1 3/4" apart. See photos. This shade weighs 6 lbs. unpacked.
