Discounts: I combine orders to save on shipping but you need to wait for me to send you a bill. This applies to domestic & foreign. Another reason to wait for a bill... is I give many discounts on shipping that depend upon the final price of the item, what I paid for it, (my mood), etc.
Foreign buyers will get a discount equivalent to what I would give to a US destination. Foreign buyers will be responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Note that there may be customs delays that are outside of my control.
