Original Description:
This is a Rare WWI Wood Blacksmith Anvil made by a German Prisoner of War while held at the Amherst Internment Camp in Amherst above Scotia. It is made of wood with small tools made of bone. The plaque on the front reads “grüße vom kriegs gefangen lager Amherst NS Can” roughly translates in English as “greetings from the war prisoner camp Amherst NS Canada”. Condition is Excellent as shown in pics. Guaranteed to be original and about 100 years old. Shipped with USPS Mail. ...
