For auction is a 6 Piece Set of Vintage Craftsman Shallow Off-Set Double Box End Wrenches. These are earlier =V= wrenches that are not marked with item numbers. These were my father-in-laws tools and I believe they were purchased new in the 1960's -- real U.S.A. Craftsman. The set consists of the following 6 SAE sizes: 3/8" x 7/16", 1/2" x 9/16", 9/16" x 5/8", 11/16" x 13/16", 3/4" x 7/8" and 15/16" x 1".All of these vintage wrenches are in excellent, very light...ly used, fully functional condition. My father-in-law was not a mechanic. These wrenches were used for only occasional home DIY and very basic auto maintenance. There is little to no evidence of wear of any type and there are no previous owner markings. Mostof the items I sell are from estate sales, auctions, flea markets, etc. I clean them as necessary to properlyevaluate the condition and allow you to judge the actual item rather than aprevious owner’s dirt. I want to know ifthe typical dirt and grime and/or harmless surface rust is covering anydamage.
