RETIRED HUGE MACKENZIE CHILDS POTTERY TWISTED COLUMN TABLE LAMP WITH FINIALThis is an incredible authentic Mackenzie Childs lamp and finial. The lamp measures 34" inches tall to top of finial. The pottery column is 18 1/2" tall. The shade is 18" wide.This lamp is of substantial size and thickness! It would be a great piece to add to your collection of MC! It is in working condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It does have the usual manufacturing ...anomalies in the glaze of the pottery, see 6th photo enlargement. The shade has some small spots or stains to the shade- primarily to the back, see last photo enlargement. I think it's probably okay to use if the back of the shade is in front of a wall. The shade is fabric covered, perhaps it can be cleaned?We photographed the mark on the finial, we did not remove the original factory felt to the base to look for the mark under base.
