Beautiful set of German World War 2 100% Kriegsmarine, Huet made marine binoculars 10x50 with original case.Binoculars were made in 1942-43 by French company Huet under German occupation and under German orders.One side is marked Kriegsmarine 10x50, the other carries maker name and serial number.Focus knobs work normally, lenses are clean, but if you are very picky, they might need some minor cleaning.Both sun shades pull up and down.Binoculars come with original leather neck strap.Con...sidering they are over 80 years old, they are in an amazing condition.Hard, green canvas case with wooden top and bottom is in an amazing condition. All leather parts are present and without any damage, latch works as it should.On the inside of the flap there is a small compartment where I found the note saying, that these binoculars were picked up on the 3rd day of allied invasion from German tank commander, which I believe might be true, since Germans were defeated on waters and most of these marine binoculars were transferred to land troops, officers.Case comes with original neck strap.Very nice marine binoculars set, hard to upgrade.These binoculars are very rare, especially with the case being complete and without any damage. I ship within 3 days after receiving cleared payment.These are heavy binoculars, shipping includes tracking and insurance.
