FOR SALE Honorary Master of Sports In 1959, the "Master of Sports of the USSR" was awarded the "Honorary Badge" , which was awarded to athletes who fulfilled the "Master of Sports of the USSR" standard for 5 consecutive years. Decree of the State Committee of the USSR on June 26, 1986 awarding these signs was discontinued. [4]
