Original Description:
British L1A3 First Pattern Rifle Bayonet measuring 12" overall with a blade length of 8-1/8".  Very good condition showing age patina, wear, use, serial numbered on the all metal grip along with a forward arrow by the pommel, "198" stamped on ricasso area of blade. Top of cross-guard stamped, "S" and "B".  Scabbard excellent stamped, ""S294".   See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
