I'm 98% sure this is an early zine by Randy H. Crawford of Nice Day Mini-Comix. Cover-to-cover saucy pin-ups of female characters in various states of undress.
Characters appearing include Ms. Marvel, Phantom Lady, Red Sonja, Valkyrie, Scarlet Witch, the Wasp, Projectra, Dejah Thoris, Princess Aura of Mongo and Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine.
