ANTIQUE 1920'S GARVE ELECTRIC HAT STRETCHER INDUSTRIAL MOLD WITH TESTED / WORKING HEAT!! This eBay listing is for an antique 1920's era really cool old school industrial find...it's a The Garve Co Inc electric hat stretcher that can also be used as an industrial mold as well!! I picked this up at a central PA estate sale and there was no electrical cord included but as luck would have it - I actually found a cord that actually fit this unit and tested this out......and it actually does heat up and work after all these years!! When I was checking on Google...they actually featured one of these on Storage Wars a while back as well. The overall size is about 13.5" long overall with the handle cranked closed, 12.5" tall and 6" across. Not only is this the only unit on Ebay active or completed that has been tested and confirmed it does work with a cord included...it also has the adjustment inserts as well that you insert in and out as needed based on size requirements.
