From a smoke free home this auction is for a lot of Jowett bodybuilding lessons from the 50’s. I do not think it has all the lessons but there are many. Used with expected wear, the folder that holds some of the lessons is brittle. Nice collection, these are similar to the Charles Atlas type lessons but emphasize weights instead of tension.
