This is a hard to find vintage paint kit from Wee Crafts, Accents Unlimited out Milwaukee WI of DIY miniature Halloween ornaments called Screaming Meemies from the 1980's. (Most often found is the Ghoulish Group). This kit contains 26 gypsum ornaments in a sealed baggie. They have not been painted though the box has been opened. There are six paints and a container of glaze - all appear to be dried out. The kit also contains a paintbrush (does not appear to have... been used) and a set of instructions.
