This old John Deere "shipsafe" bag was used to mail parts. It has a paper label attached at the bottom where the name of the customer was written along with a stamped company name. In this case the bag was being sent to Ritzville Motor Company for Otto Pfannekuchen. The 2 cent stamp has been cancelled so it went through the post office. The stamp says United States of America, Army and Navy For Defense and has some kind of weapon on it.
