This is a cute little hand made spoon in a turtle form. We really don't know anything about it, it came in a bag of toys we bought for my 4 year old grandson. It's a pewter silver color, but a bit harder than pewter, but you can bend it if you force it. It's 5 inches long in total, handle is just under 3 inches.... just over 1.5 inches wide.
