RARE 1930’S Marx Toys Pressed Steel Wind Up 14. 5 " FIRE CHIEF CAR

1930’S MARX TOYS PRESSED STEEL WIND UP 14.5" RED SIREN FIRE DEPT. CHIEF CAR. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This auction for the car is an (AS-IS) Auction. That does t mean this car is broken or anything like that. I’m not an expert and I cannot make any official grade, or any other official declaration. I have explained below as best as I can.
The original yellow decals have worn off through the years. Previous owners have hand painted the “fire chi...ef“ title back onto the car. They did a decent job of this.All four tires are in tact and none of them have any cracking or significant deterioration that I can find. The wind up mechanism does work in the car does drive under the wind up Power.The red paint, although worn and scuffed from the years of play, seems to be the original paint except for where the side fenders or steps meet the front tires on both sides of the car. This is the area where the front of the door front doors meet the side fenders that go over the tires. I have made a photograph of one of the painted areas that will be photographed number 12. The paint job is about the same on both sides. But I only took a picture of the one side so that I would have more photos of the rest of the car.The paint closely matches the original firetruck red but to the trained eye, it can easily find where the area has been painted.I am not sure if this is one of the original battery powered/wind up toys. If it was, the battery mechanism has been removed. On the driver side rear door you will see a handbrake that is still intact. I’m not an expert so I’ve described everything as best as I can. This doesn’t mean I’ve intentionally left things out. If you see things that I haven’t described, it’s because you know more about these than me. Please Look carefully at the photographs as the the actual cat being offered.
