We always say the condition is used even it is unopened and in great shape. We didn't buy it from the shelf so we do not consider it "new".

Shipping, Handling and Packaging of our Merchandise
We use the eBay shipping estimator when it comes to what to charge for shipping each item, We add $1.00 in handling charges (unless otherwise specified in our listing) to offset the cost of shipping supplies. Given that most of our items are fragile, the $1.00 in handling charges does not cover the cost to us for packaging but it does help to offset the high cost of such products (bubble wrap, boxes, foam, dividers, etc.)
We will process your purchase within 1 business day of full payment being received. If a package is taken to the post office after 5pm CST time, it will not ship until the following business day. If you have made a purchase from us on a Thursday (after 5:00pm), Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will not ship out until Monday, at the earliest, because of post offices closing Friday at 5pm. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 1-day handling time.
