Original WW2 American Defense Medal, Ribbon Bar & Lapel Pin In Plain Label Box. The medal is a slot brooch and has the Foreign Service bar. The ribbon bar has one star, but it is an incorrect larger size. The plain label is attributed to the Rex Products Corp.
