Title:Lot of 4 Military MagazinesDescription:Presented for your consideration is this lot of 4 issues of Leatherneck and Pacific Leatherneck magazines. Leatherneck magazine was an Official Marine Corps publication until 1972 and was staffed by active duty Marines. After 1972 the magazine returned to Quantico. All of the magazines date to 1945 and feature cartoon illustrations on the front cover. One of the covers shows a cartoon scene. All but one of the issues is the Pacific edition o...f the magazine the remaining issue is the national edition of the magazine. The magazines feature military articles and stories written by marines and many are illustrated with war and military photographs. There are also some cartoons throughout the magazines. There are only a few advertisements throughout the magazine which include Chesterfield, Eversharp Lux, Dr. Pepper, Parker, and Old Gold. The magazines appear to be complete. Bindings are all tight. These interesting magazines would make a great addition to any military or WWII memorabilia collection!
Light edge wear from age and reading. The September 15th issue has a vendor stamp on the front cover. No rips or tears. Overall in VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
