This a vintage Empire blow mold Ruldolph reindeer that measures app 11" tall at the head and 8" at the tail and app 9 " tall. It is 9" wide. It has wheels. It's in wonderful condition with no cracks. It does has a little of red on his knose. I found it with the red ribbon it but I dont think it original. A charming little piece to have a sweet Vintage Christmas scene by your tree.
