Here are two silver items from a museum de-acquisition auction. The first item is a “Sterling” marked 4 1/2” sewing darner for very small socks or apparel. The ends look like green swirl rounded wood. The second item is a 4 1/4” by 1 5/16” figural, ‘fish swallowing itself’ finger handle straining or drip fork with closed end. There is nice raised fish scale design. The back of the stem is marked “C.G.H. I MA ALP H EPNS SUEDE.” (Sweden?) It looks like silver plate bu...t I’m not sure. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS BELOW!!
