"Nasiterna Bruijnii" "Red Breasted Pigmy Parrot"  ORIGINAL HAND COLORED LITHOGRAPH by England's foremost bird artist, John Gould. He is considered by some to be the English Audubon. It is in excellent original condition. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS WHICH ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.  This image is from  "The Birds Of New Guinea". The complete work was published in six volumes between 1875-1888. Subscribers paid in advance to receive a complete set.  Th...is was Gould's last work and it was finally published after his death.
