Please review the pictures as they are the best description of the item. The Black Chased Hard Rubber is in good condition. This pen may have been restored at some point as the sac is still very pliable. The mechanism that holds the lever is not working. I’m not an expert..., but it appears the lever mechanism will need work. Nib looks good and it is a very flexible nib...if I were to keep the pen I would have a nibmeister adjust the nib. Still a nice pen for being nearly 100 years old.
