It's Halloween, and all Casper wants is to make friends, Reading "How To Make Friends And Influence People, " he comes upon some trick-or-treaters, only to scare them away. Making an friend at a Halloween barn dance, he finds the friend he is looking for. This vintage 16mm sound TV print has one splice, faded color, and is mounted on a 400' reel. No VS.
