Here is what's written on the inter-titles that were spliced in over 85 years ago. "Chicago World's Fair 1934" (about 25 ft or so) saw the Byron South Pole ship at dock, Chrysler Building, De Soto, etc."The End of the Lancaster Trolley System 1938" (shows a trolley coming down the road towards the cameraman)"Trying out the New ...Car and Playing with Nicky 1938" (Nicky is a Collie dog) "Fun at Dam Milton with Stan and Weezie 1936" (probably Milton Dam in Lake Milton, Ohio) shows scenes of lake and old style bathing suits"Sending Mary off to Cleveland""Grandman and Grandpa at Home in 1936" (shows them posing in garden)"Trip to Marietta and Bill and Mary Carolyn's Wedding" (not much footage)The other footage I saw that didn't have an inter-title was a military parade - possibly a 4th of July or Memorial Day parade as you can see some patriotic floats and soldiers marching past the "Seneca Hotel" which I believe was filmed in Columbus, Ohio. I also saw brief footage of a football game.
The film is in good condition for its age, but it does have a vinegar smell to it. The leader is also missing at the start, but it can transfer easily as it has not become warped or wrinkled.
Thanks for looking and please check out the other home movies I am selling this week.
