This auction is for an antique Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897) figure #828 "Guerrier". This is a heavy terracotta male warrior figure in the Orientalist style wearing middle eastern attire.

Dimensions: 29"H x 8"W x 8"D
Condition: please, see pictures. Left hand has been repaired but is still in a good shape. The figure appears to be missing a staff. If you need pictures from some other angle, let me know.
Provenance: This piece comes f...rom a private collection (Fairfield, CT). The same figure along with a female one was sold at Christie's (Paris) on June 20th, 2013 for over $9, 000.
