Original Description:
You're bidding on a nice, antique bust sculpture - 18" tall with max width of about 10 1/2" - Art Nouveau period "Maiden" genre work. It depicts a beautiful young woman with a prominent bow in her hear, and a rose floral corsage at her bosom. Nice, detailed casting, with Nouveau-period flowing effect of movement in her clothing, hair and accessories. Cast signature - "Ant. R. Nelson" - on the back, for artist Anton Nelson, active in Paris circa 1880s-1910s. 
Sculpture appears t...o be white metal casting, with applied bronze patinated finish. It's a nice, high quality, heavy, solid art quality casting though. A bit of wear and scuff to finish - see photos - but overall nice condition for age and type.
