Vintage Mid-Century Modern Quality Signed Liguori Durand (Italy) Still Life Oil Painting of Fruit produced in oil on artist board with frame dated 1954.We are offering this exceptional quality Mid-20th Century Modern period original fruit still life painting by Italian painter Liguori "L" Durand dated 1954. This painting is produced in oil paint on board and features peaches on a cloth surface. The painting demonstrates careful brushwork with great attention to light, shadow, dep...th with harmonious use of colour and contrasts with the dark background. The painting measures approximately 12" width by 10" height in the frame. The painting's art surface measures approximately 8.5" width by 6.5" height. The painting is in excellent condition with no damages. The original 50's wood frame is in good condition with some basic indications of time and use. The work is signed to the front lower left-hand side "L Durand 1954". This work will be carefully prepared and shipped. Photos are of the actual painting for auction.
