Guaranteed original Korean War era Chinese People's Volunteer Army enlisted field cap. Cap has light soiling and is dusty from years of storage. It has one very small worn area to the top of the bill and a few small holes to the top. Cap is wartime dated 1952. I purchased five of these caps from an old collection-- as I understood it the collector (now deceased) was a Korean War veteran. I only have a few left. These caps are rare. I have collected for over 40 years on a very dedicated level. I sought out untouched 100% original items that were in some way special to my eye (perhaps personalized, having a battlefield pick-up appearance, with provenance, etc...). I generally avoided items with post-war damage (depending on rarity) with the idea that the item should look like it did fresh from the battlefield.
