The rubber seals are in very good condition and show no signs of dry rotting cracking or deterioration from age.They vary in aesthetic appearance. So I’m have all of drab painted hinges and handles and some have black painted hinges and handles. Most show some signs of patina on the hinges due to the nature of its age.
