EARLY Antique Vintage PA Dark TIN Heart VALENTINE Cookie Cutter FOLK ART #2---- most likely from the late 1800s - early to mid 1900s - good untouched/uncleaned condition --- nice dark original surface patina with expected minor rust and oxidation. It measures 3.25" long and approx just shy of 3" at the widest. It has a beautifully made strap handle. It has a height of approximately 10/16" to top of cutter and approx 1.75" tall to top of handle. It would make a really... nice gift for your loved one.
