Very early 1st...print fully laminated embossed numbered gatefold cover, printed and made byGarrod and Lofthouse International Ltd., with outlets at its top («Open Top»)and flaps at the left and right sides of the interior gatefold. The front coverhas “The BEATLES” embossed in raised block letters along with the numberNo.0063808 in the lower right corner. This export issue doesn't contain the"Stereo" print in the upper right corner of the back cover. Thesleeve design was created by Richard Hamilton, who suggested the minimalisticapproach and the consecutively numbered sleeves which would give a limited editionfeel to it. Richard also came up with the montage idea for the large freeposter, which included the lyrics on it's rear. This issue includes a full setof original extras, featuring a large 33.75’ x 22.5’ fold-out lyrics / photoposter with a very rare matte texture in unused Mint condition, a texturedexport version, which is different from the regular UK poster. Portrait style7.75' x 11.25' four mint glossy photos of each Beatle by John Kelly (largerthan the US 7.75' x 10.75' version photos), which came only with the earlycopies of this album. Yellow Parlophone label with the "THE GRAMOPHONE CO.LTD." text in capital letters along the perimeter. The "(P)1968" text on the left and "Made in Gt. Britain" located at thebottom of the label. EMI Export Pressing label, containing a 1.25' pressingring, typical for this issue, and an export prefix "P-PCS", adding"P" (Maybe for Parlophone) to the domestic stereo number prefix"CPS" . The labels don't contain the tax/price code. This issue comeswith two original black inner sleeves with a die-cut circular opening on oneside in Near Mint condition. The vinyl includes the very 1st Export pressingmatrix numbers: YEX 709-1 / YEX 710-1 / YEX 711-1 / YEX 712-1 and includes thefollowing mother stampers 3TT / 2GPD / 6HH / 2LG. It’s incredibly rare to finda complete open top 1st press UK Export White Album. CONDITION:COVER - NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) The super glossy fully laminated cover is incrediblyclean without any signs of ring wear. It's impossible to find a UK Export WhiteAlbum cover in such a great condition. It only has some very light crease atthe bottom right corner of the back cover, along with some light laminatecracking at the center and bottom spine.
