This "DURKEE FRENCH World of Spices" Recipe Box's simple lines and dovetailed corners give it the nostalgic look of a hand crafted item. It's generous capacity will hold a lot of 3 X 5 recipe cards or ones ripped from magazines to "try-when-you-can". The rich green label is the only trimmings on this simple piece. It is one of three which I obtained at an estate sale. Please check out the others.
I little Old English or other wood conditioner will... hide the slight blemishes it has if you wish to do so. Please review my photos in which you will be able to see these very minute blemishes and the over all great condition of this piece. I consider the photos the major description of this box.
