The Fra...me has many scratches and the fabric could use a cleaning. Otherwise, Wear is usual for its age. For items that can be shipped via Greyhound Package Express, you must be able to pick up the item at your local Greyhound bus station upon delivery. All damage items Claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packing, photos of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item.
